We offer a varied, individual and flexible internship in a modern, international reinsurance company in the heart of Cologne. We are a young, international team that works in an agile manner . You will benefit from on-the-job training in the day-to-day business, where you will gain many exciting insights into the world of an international insurance company.

Your tasks:

You do evaluations from our data on life insurance portfolios

You do research, preparation and evaluation of relevant statistics and information

You prepare the results of reports and presentations

You work on further development of our R-based evaluation system

Your profile:

You are a student of mathematics, computer science or natural sciences

You have first programming skills in R, Python, SAS or similar

You have a good basic mathematical/statistical knowledge

You convince us with

Your analytical thinking & structured way of working

Your quick comprehension

Your sense of responsibility & initiative

Your very good German & English skills

Your knowledge of insurance or reinsurance is an advantage
