Job summary

If so, then you absolutely must read on! We are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to join our rapidly growing Atlassian team. In your role, you will bring the passion, entrepreneurial flair and courage to break new ground with us.
Your assignment
As a Junior Sales Manager Atlassian you will be a valuable member of our sales team from day one, and have the opportunity to actively shape and develop our sales activities. We will empower you to acquire new knowledge, sharpen your skills and develop your full potential within a dynamic team. You will benefit from the close cooperation with experienced sales managers and grow step by step into your new role. With your impulses, ideas and initiatives, as well as a strong hands-on mentality, you will help us take the sales team to the next level.
Subjects you'll be working on
As Atlassian Solutions Junior Sales Manager
- You are responsible for the development and implementation of sales campaigns
- You develop new ideas and initiatives for the further development of the Atlassian business line and the sales/marketing strategy of the Atlassian team
- You advise on Atlassian products, various Atlassian licensing models and diverse app vendors. In doing so, you identify an optimal, on-site approach for the further development of the Atlassian tool suite for the customer
- You create customized offers for professional services, training and license reselling
- You present offers and carry out product demonstrations
- You maintain and expand existing customer relationships
- You are jointly responsible for tender management (cooperation and support in tenders)
What you need to be successful
Ideally, you’re familiar with the Atlassian products. But since we recognize this as our own wishful thinking, it is absolutely not a must-have criterion. A bright mind can learn it all. So don't be too easily put off by our requirements. We believe that motivation coupled with the right mindset is an elementary building block for being successful in your (sales) job.
In other words: We don't expect you to bring all the requirements with you. We just expect you to want to acquire them. Be convincing!
Must-haves
- Customer orientation, open-mindedness, ability to work in a team and have proactive communication skills
- Enjoy building and applying new knowledge and achieving sales goals
- First experience in sales (preferred: SaaS, software solutions, IT services)
- Excellent eye for detail and structured way of working
- Above-average written and verbal German skills and at least business-fluent English skills
- Ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks
- High motivation to make a difference and actively grow with us
It’s nice if you also have
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management and/or the Atlassian licensing business
- Knowledge of CRM applications such as Hubspot or similar products for inbound marketing, sales and customer experience
- Experience in an agile environment and/or traditional project management and/or IT service management
