Your tasks

• Ensure the achievements of the strategic targets of Business Case Service for profitable aftermarket business growth in close cooperation with the Voith Paper Products & Service (P&S) organization.
• Understand the needs of our customers and support the transformation towards a state-of-the-art service oriented aftermarket-business in all relevant areas.
• Set-up the right business KPIs for Field Service and make them globally available in transparent dashboards.
• Conduct data analysis of our service business and come up with business recommendations.
• Derive process optimizations based on data analytics and implement necessary changes by incorporating change management into the transformation.
• Identify white spots by analyzing internal systems and collaborate on recommendations for action for a more proactive and transparent sales approach.
• Benchmark the global service set-up and support best practice sharing.

Your profile

• Successfully completed business or technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Service or aftermarket business experience, e.g. from experiences in field service, sale or product management; experience in paper industry is a plus.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages such as German are advantageous.
• User knowledge of SAP and SAP BI is desirable.
• Dedicated and motivated to achieving ambitious targets by collaborating with our internal service experts.
• Strong communication, planning, coordination and organization skills to make global projects a success.
• Strategic mindset and self-reflected demeanor to work at eye level with customers and colleagues at different hierarchical levels, both nationally and internationally.
