Since the release of its MMOGs "Lords & Knights", "Medieval Kingdoms" and "Mission Chief",
XYRALITY has been one of the most successful mobile games studios in Europe. Today, around 50
dedicated employees work on the sustainable further development of our game portfolio.

In close cooperation with the development team and project management, this newly created position
will contribute to the planning and implementation of our new game project. This role is predominantly
based in our Hamburg office, with the option for some remote days subject to agreement. The position
is available immediately and is initially limited to 12 months.

Tasks:

Creation and continuous maintenance of comprehensive game design documents that serve

as the foundation for development.

Elaboration of game features and their decomposition into detailed tickets that can be

efficiently forwarded to the development team.

Optimization and development of game mechanics to enhance user engagement and

monetization.

Creation of Excel-documents for the balancing of game elements and mechanics, based on

analytical data and player feedback.

Requirements:

Several years of professional experience in the development of construction, strategy, and/or

simulation games (preferably in the mobile sector) with proven successes.

A deep understanding of game mechanics and their impact on the player experience, as well

as the ability to integrate this knowledge into game development.

Proficient use of presentation and spreadsheet software to clearly present complex

information.

Very good language skills in German and English, both orally and in writing, to effectively

communicate within an international team.

High self-motivation and creativity in solving complex problems, coupled with a passion for

teamwork.
