Our Female Intensiveship will give you a crystal-clear picture of the Group and the world of management consulting in just four weeks. Spoiler alert: With the prospect of permanent employment—if you like what you see. You decide which of the 2024 entry dates you’d like to start on. What is certain is that you’ll be a full team member from day one, with the responsibilities of an Associate.
You’ll not only experience the day-to-day life of a consultant firsthand. You''ll also be able to connect with other participants and BCGers of all seniority levels at regular events and work on your personal development at training sessions tailored to your needs. Your own BCG Buddy will answer any questions you may have. And if you decide you don’t want to leave us after four weeks, you can extend your Intensiveship to eight weeks—or potentially start with us full-time directly.
So, are you ready for your kickstart in the Group? Welcome to the Group.
Our summer entry dates are the following: 08.07.2024, 15.07.2024, 22.07.2024, 29.07.2024
