We are seeking a new colleague for the Logistics & Export department (full-time). You will work with one colleague in the same department to handle the export order operations.

Job description
Complete all the required processes to ship the XVET orders at the earliest time.
Preparation and control of all documentation work, related to the transport and export of XVET products, incl. L/C documentation
Contact local authorities and institutions for business-related issues (e.g. Health authorities, Chamber of Commerce, banks, notaries, embassies, Euler Hermes export insurance)
Interface with transportation providers, warehousing, and purchasing to develop and implement cost-efficient freight models for transportation

Required skills and experience
Bachelor’s degree or Groß- und Außenhandelskauffrau/-mann, Industriekaufmann/-frau, Logistikkauffrau/-mann, or similar
Experience in a similar role is a plus
Fluent in (written and spoken) English is required, German language is a plus
Detail-oriented and problem-solving approach to tasks
