Summary
We are looking for a "Sales Manager D-A-CH (f/m/d)" for the sales division "Sales Airborne Optronics" at the earliest possible date in Taufkirchen, Ulm, Immenstaad or Oberkochen.
The sales division "Sales Airborne Optronics" is responsible for the worldwide sales of optronics, sensor systems and other products in the field of airborne optronics.
Your Tasks

Carrying out stakeholder management for the German government customer, e.g. BAAINBw, BMVg, Marine Kommando and other stakeholders

Implementation of stakeholder management for German industrial customers and/or partners, e.g. Airbus Helicopters, Airbus Defense and Space, ESG
-
(Re)establishing relationships and conducting stakeholder management with Austrian and Swiss customers and / or authorities

Management of all campaigns (small to complex) in the D-A-CH region as capture manager and as representative of HENSOLDT towards the customer

Responding to RFIs and RFPs and submitting non-binding and binding offers to the respective customers

Carrying out company-wide internal stakeholder management with the adjacent divisions and business units as well as all HENSOLDT locations and safeguarding the interests of our business unit (Airborne Optronics) within the framework of the "One HENSOLDT" idea

Carrying out stakeholder management within our business unit (sales, offer management, PMO, advertising, procurement, legal, technology) and aligning all parties involved with the common (campaign) goal

Fulfilling internal process requirements by conducting phase reviews, compliance checks and more as the responsible capture manager together with the bid manager

Ensuring the success of the campaigns as the responsible Capture Manager from "lead" to "contract signing"

Actively contribute to the realization of the Airborne Optronics Sales Order Intake targets and strategy to secure the (future) business of our business unit
Your Profile

Completed engineering degree or comparable
-
Extensive experience in international sales and marketing

Extensive experience in airborne defense and security markets, products and systems or markets of comparable complexity

Existing and strong customer network in the aerospace / defense and security industry advantageous

Leadership personality with strong team skills and intercultural competence

Convincing appearance, communication, presentation and argumentation skills

Business fluent German and English skills, other languages advantageous
