Essential Job Functions:
- Up-to-date and maintenance of employees’ documentation and personal records, digital and in paper
- Preparation of employment contracts as well as reference letters and certificates for employees
- Organization of the Onboarding process for new employees
- Support or execution of small projects in the HR area
- General administrative tasks
Education and Experience: Bachelor or Master studies (enrolled)
Required Skills:
- Currently enrolled as a student for the duration of the working student job
- Good computer skills including usage of MS Office Suite
- Good written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
- Very good organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment. - Ability to multi-task while working in a fast paced environment
- Good English skills
- I nterest in pursuing relevant industry experience within the healthcare and medical devices industry
Additional Skills: - Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
