- You’ll identify existing data sources in the marketing and communications environment.
- You’ll cluster and analyze the extracted data, setting the stage for data-driven marketing and communications activities and decisions.
- You’ll present data and clusters clearly and can visualize them using common tools (e.g., PowerBI and Tableau).
- You’ll analyze our work processes in the context of data usage and advance them together with our channel and format experts.
- You’ll manage your projects independently and know how to proactively involve relevant stakeholders.
- You see yourself as a consultant on equal footing and can support colleagues with other professional backgrounds in integrating data and data infrastructure into their fields and methods in a meaningful way.
- You bring a “hacker mindset,” independently design hypotheses, test them, and draw the right conclusions—before each finished solution is a prototype (MVP).
- You enjoy developing things from scratch, structuring, and thinking things through from the start.
- You are curious, ask the right questions, question the status quo, and will develop our data infrastructure together with us, as well as contribute your own ideas about what dashboards and visualizations will help us to support, advise, and report to other teams.
- You have a basic understanding of project management, work independently, and are results oriented.
- You have ideally already worked in agile teams in the past.
- You are a team player.
- You have at least a master’s degree in a business- or IT-related field of study.
- You have 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in the field of data analytics/business intelligence under your belt.
- You have advanced knowledge in Python, SQL, and R.
- You have a basic understanding of business processes and ideally have already worked with data in the context of the corporate function marketing and communication.
- You are familiar with all common business and office tools and have particular experience in the Microsoft/Azure environment.
- Your written and spoken German and English language skills are excellent.
