Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for a creative and experienced Motion Designer (all genders) to join our marketing team in Mainz.
As an accomplished storyteller, you have a passion for creating compelling visual content through motion graphics, animation and video editing.
With your experience you can set accents and give the brand an authentic voice.
- Create assets, bring them to life and deliver high quality and innovative motion graphic content that seamlessly align with our brand’s voice and style
- Produce multimedia and animation content to boost our brand and products in our platforms (Healy Academy, Backoffice and social media)
- Design and animate graphics/motion assets for various projects, including product-focused and educational videos, social media, advertising campaigns, events and testimonials
- Edit and assemble video footage and audio tracks to create high-quality videos that convey a compelling narrative
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met
- Manage project timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to the highest standard
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new technologies to ensure our work remains innovative and fresh
- Degree in Motion Design, Animation, or related field
- 4+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation and video editing
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion design and video editing
- Ability to brainstorm and share new design perspectives and creative ideas
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proficient in English and German
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Genuinely curious and interested in learning about complex health and science concepts and translating them into engaging visual content
