Position Summary:
As a Chatbot Specialist, you'll be an integral part of our chatbot team, working collaboratively to design, develop, and maintain Omio’s chatbot. The role involves ensuring the seamless implementation of chatbot initiatives, enriching user experiences, and maximising efficiency. Your technical proficiency and proactive approach will play a pivotal role in achieving our team's objectives and delivering exceptional chatbot experiences.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
Collaborate with the other members of the Chatbot team to enhance user engagement and satisfaction through continuous improvement and optimisation of chatbot interactions.
Help create and update chatbot content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with Omio’s objectives.
Monitor user feedback and chatbot performance metrics to continuously optimise, and improve chatbot performance.
Troubleshoot technical issues, especially when launching new features and provide timely resolutions to minimise disruptions.
Help create and maintain documentation for chatbot development processes, including technical specifications and user guides.
Minimum 2+ years of equivalent professional experience in managing software tools, such as customer relationship management (CRM) systems, helpdesk platforms, or chatbot platforms.
Demonstrated talent and passion for technology, particularly in generative AI and its applications in CS.
Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and software platforms.
Any background in customer service is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and optimizing chatbot performance.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
Fluent English language skills are required; proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
