Your responsibilities

All local and foreign tax matters (tax returns, tax (pre-)payments, tax certificates)
Coordination of quarterly calculation of deferred taxes and tax provisions with outsourcing partners
Posting and review of tax-related general ledger entries
Permanent establishments and foreign tax-related reporting duties
Maintenance of transfer pricing policies (local and foreign)
Intercompany bookkeeping/invoicing (e.g. cost-plus invoices, transfer pricing, reconciliation)
Involvement in monthly bookkeeping and billing works (preparation and controlling)
Monthly calculation and booking of IAS/IFRS adjustments
Controlling of consolidation bookings and coordination with Deutsche Börse Group
Maintenance of general settings in SAP (e.g. asset accounting, tax rates, tax accounts)
Liaison with Deutsche Börse Group tax department
Liaison with tax auditors

Your profile

Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting
Experience in the financial services sector
Strong analytic skills with attention to detail
Very good German and English language skills (in writing and verbal)
Ability to work under pressure (fixed deadlines, ad-hoc tasks)
Team player
Entrepreneurial mindset
