Your tasks: You make the difference with us.

• As a (Digital) Marketing Project Manager International (d/f/m) , you will help us further develop Tchibo's international coffee business and manage focus projects and digital marketing activities for our international markets. In detail:
• You will be involved in exciting and diverse projects related to the strategic direction of the company, making a valuable contribution to the success of our global coffee brands.
• Also, you will be responsible for the project management of our core marketing initiatives for international markets, collaborating closely with the coffee brand teams.
• In addition, you will be reviewing business, technical and time-related aspects of project realizations.
• You will build a comprehensive global network within the company and maintain close communication with our country organizations.
• You will define and implement processes for managing our digital marketing, involving all stakeholders.
• In collaboration with the country organizations and central online marketing teams, you will ensure efficient coordination of our digital marketing activities.
• Your area of responsibility is rounded off by being responsible for selected central brand websites and social media channels for international markets and ensuring optimal brand presence in digital sales channels.

Your profile: You keep reinventing us.

• You have successfully completed commercial training or studies in business or science with above-average success, preferably with a focus on (online) marketing.
• You have extensive professional experience in project management with a business background, ideally in an industrial company.
• You have a proven track record of managing multi-country marketing projects and ideally, you have experience in actively managing the digital consumer journey.
• You are passionate about consumer goods brands and are willing to contribute to the future of our coffee brands with creative concepts.
• Strong communication skills, intercultural sensitivity, a willingness to develop, as well as confident and proactive behavior are among your strengths.
• You look beyond the horizon with us and move us forward with your dedication, ambition, and team spirit.
• You are fluent in English and ideally have additional language skills (e.g. German, Polish, Czech, or Turkish).
