Fabletics is looking for an Online Marketing Manager.
TechStyle launched Fabletics with Kate Hudson after they saw a gap in the activewear marketplace: there were plenty of luxury brands, but none that offered stylish and high-quality gear at an accessible price point.

With offices in Berlin, London, Barcelona and headquarters in Los Angeles, we´re currently looking for Online Marketing Manager for a full-time, unlimited position based out of our Berlin office.
How Do You Fit In?
As the Online Marketing Manager, your principal duty is to maximize the conversion of leads into VIPs through funnel optimization and creation. Using a blend of creativity and analytics, you'll manage and refine the site experience for our leads, with the aim of amplifying the efficiency of media and achieving aggressive acquisition goals.
Later in the process, you will also focus on enhancing onsite conversion through various initiatives. This includes ideating and supporting price tests, optimizing category and homepage, and introducing measures to increase membership value. Your success in this role will depend on your capacity to foster productive relationships across teams, communicating the benefits of potential business cases clearly to secure buy-in and action.
This position reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations, Europe.
Responsibilities:

Develop strategies to optimize the conversion of leads into VIPs across 7 EU market and identify and exploit opportunities to drive efficiency via all media channels.

Use innovative testing methods to maximize conversion of all lead traffic into VIPs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute high-impact data-centric testing plans.

Oversee Online Marketing analytics and insights, cooperating with data and engineering teams to create insightful dashboards and measure crucial KPIs.

Regularly review performance, highlighting opportunities for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with in-house creative teams to optimize lead funnels and develop innovative A/B testing strategies in partnership with local and global Product teams.

Collaborate with the Media team to optimize product feeds for shopping and dynamic ads.

Develop promotional strategies for acquisition campaigns, focused on meeting revenue, ROAs, demographic, and long-term value goals.

Collaborate with Marketing and CRM teams on initiatives for aged leads.

Work closely with site Merchandising teams to ensure in-stock items are displayed appropriately and in finding the right price strategy.

Collaborate with technical SEO leads to create relevant content and execute strategies.

Create business cases for site optimizations, new vendors, technologies, and tests.

Stay up-to-date with industry changes and best practices to streamline operations and improve cost per acquisition.

Develop and support price tests, optimize category and homepage, and implement initiatives to increase membership value.
Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.

At least 3 to 4 years of experience in growth marketing and e-commerce.

Experience in managing site performance and AB testing.

Experience in running digital marketing channels.

Passion for enhancing user experience to increase conversion.

Data-driven problem solver with Google Analytics certification.

Experience with Email and CRM is a plus.
