Our Supply Chain Processes & Solutions (SPS) department acts as End-to-End process owner and is positioned in the middle between business areas and Tech. For our Master Data Management (MDM) Team within SPS we are looking for a motivated and experienced colleague who will support us in the further development and design of our MDM strategy with a strong focus on processes and according systems.

Your Responsibilities:

Define, develop, and maintain Master Data Management (MDM) strategy, policies, and standards for an end-to-end (E2E) MDM implementation.
Establish European harmonized MDM processes and systems based on industry standards to continuously optimize business operations.
Serve as the process owner for your domain(s), ensuring compliance with guiding principles and standards.
Identify opportunities for operational excellence across key commercial functions and develop solutions for implementation.
Maximize the value of products within scope and drive process simplification.
Execute integration (and partially user acceptance) testing, develop training documentation, and support related systems/projects.
Foster efficient collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

What You Bring:

University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain, or equivalent field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in Master Data Management, business operations, process management, or consulting.
In-depth knowledge of Master Data Management standards and systems, with experience in coordinating communication between business and IT.
Effective communication and social skills, coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.
High level of engagement, flexibility, creativity, and reliability to drive process simplifications and alignments.
Fluency in English; German proficiency is advantageous.
