Our Division, Operational Efficiency Management is looking for a new colleague to help us run and improve our existing processes.

We are looking for 2 Working Students, who enrich our Financial Data Management and our Demand & Software Management processes.

As Working Student, you’ll work as part of an experienced agile team to measure, analyse, and support optimization of RUN activities to ensure cost competitiveness and support us to move even further towards Financial as well as Operational Excellence.

You will be a member of vibrant team, who manages all non-manpower operating expenses and drive cost optimization/efficiency across all operational areas and leverage usage of contracts around the globe.

About the ideal candidate

• enrolment in a university degree Finance, Economics, Controlling, Business Informatics

• speaks fluent English

• experience in MS Excel Office and Power BI certification

• eager to learn new technologies (tools, new programming languages, etc.)

• good presentation & communication skills to convey ideas and results

Financial Data Management

• Analytical thinking solid and fresh background in finance (accounting, controlling) with IT affinity

• Good data visualization skills

• COUPA and SAP experience good to have

Demand & Software Management

• good programming skills (Python, Java Script)

• Service Now experience good to have
