We are currently recruiting an Intern / Working Student Sales Operations who will be integral to ensuring the operational efficiency of selling within the B2B organization. Partnering directly with the Sales Operations and Account Management teams, your focus will be on supporting CRM processes with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue achievement.
- Manage key operational processes from order intake to onboarding of new customers
- Maintain and further enhance B2B sales reporting and key documents to ensure organizational efficiency and smooth daily operations
- Drive sales digitalization and excellence by supporting the implementation of new tools, processes and reports
- Develop solutions for operational improvement areas and drive these projects independently
- Analyze key sales and margin performance to provide insights for Management reviews
- Enrolled (Master) student ideally in the fields of Business Administration, Economics, Management or equivalent
- First experience in Business Development, Sales Operations and/or Account Management through previous internships is a plus
- Extremely well organized and accountable: Excel, Reports, Project Management tools are part of your daily routine
- Creative mindset with high level of independence and responsibility for achieving results
- Fluent level of German and English as well as excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
