Job Description

This is a remote position.

We are a global E-learning technology company looking to add additional valuable employees.

We are currently filling the position of enrollment counselor. This person will excel working individually or as a team, be able to manage time effectively and work closely to meet the goals for the department and the company. Ideal applicant will be well groomed and present a professional appearance for our company.

What You’ll Do:

Provide professional support to the admissions team. This is a telesales position. The main responsibility will be to contact prospective students and help them complete their registration. Here is a broad list of job requirements:

Support prospective students through the enrollment process.
Make 70 minimum calls per day
Collect Tuition Deposits
Establish rapport and create a remarkable student experience.
Work as a team.

Requirements

Must have:

Flexibility
Recruit interested candidates into various academic programs
Good English (speaking and writing) is a must
French (Writing and Speaking) is a plus
