You will support the development of innovative and competitive products which meet Markets and Business needs, consistent with Zone Business Plans in our European pizza factories.
In detail:
- Explore innovative application of product/process possibilities based on current state-of-the-art food technology.
- Apply technical expertise to projects and challenges, demonstrating good problem-solving skills and applying solid methodology to deliver an optimal solution.
- Initiate and implement cost reduction ideas for assigned product lines and factories.
- Support improvement projects on the product lines and factories.
- Manage the technical support of development projects up to industrialization
- Plan, execute and document production line trials.
- Support the maintenance and new acquisitions of machines and systems in the pilot plant.
- Support the constant technical development in sample creation, considering quality and HACCP standards.
- Maintain contact with suppliers and other external partners.
- University degree in process engineering, food technology or likely, alternatively technician
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a production for FMCG
- Interested in working in international teams with the willingness on regular business trips
- Passionate about optimizing processes and enjoy thinking "outside the box" and making things happen in a team
- You take the initiative and want to proactively move the right things
- You have initial experience in the application of lean production methods
- Personally, you have a "hands-on mentality" and enjoy solving problems and achieving sustainable results
- Good knowledge of German and English, basic in French
