Our Human Resources team is currently looking for a HR Business Partner (m/f/d) based in Munich.

You provide effective strategic day-to-day HR support for clients focused on a variety of topics, for example, engagement & culture change, talent development, succession planning, performance management, retention, compensation/rewards, and organizational design to support the development of the German HH strategy and long term business development plan
You advise managers on labor law (individual and collective) and work in a spirit of trust with the Works Council, among others, on the development and design of modern company regulations
You ensure the development of line managers' knowledge, skills and leadership effectiveness through coaching. The client group will include senior line leaders.
Make Impact on our HR organization:
You ensure the linkage between global and German HR strategic goals to business strategy
You oversee strategic HR topics in close collaboration with our Center of Excellence as part of our HR Operating Model
You sponsor and manage complex organizational change projects and their associated people implications
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
You hold a degree in Law, Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration
Solid legal knowledge is a must as well as profound knowledge of German labor legislation and best practices, with experience in managing works councils collaboration
You have experience in coaching and counseling senior management and leadership teams
You have experience in process design, also affinity and knowledge in Digital HR-Systems and Data Analytics are very welcome
You have consultative technical expertise, in giving advice and guidance regarding compensation matters to management teams in order to support business
Your work experience in international companies and working in matrix organizations is of advantage
You are business-oriented, a strong communicator and networker as well as metrics-driven individual
You are fluent in German and English
Our Support Functions deliver services and make recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the culture of our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
