Global Product Manager (f/m/d) Acute & Apheresis Therapies

Duties and responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global product strategy, aligning with the overall company objectives and market demands
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, translating them into actionable insights and product requirements
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to drive product development from concept to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launches
• Work closely with regional marketing teams to develop and implement effective got to-market strategies and promotional campaigns
• Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand, customer feedback, and business goals
• Prepare and provide product training and support to enable effective product positioning and customer engagement
• Create marketing concepts and campaigns for existing and new products and therapies
• Prepare global product launches and support local country organizations in the implementation process by providing the marketing plans and launch packages
• Build collaborative relationships with decision-makers and opinion leaders to understand current issues and recognize future trends in the market

Professional competencies

• University degree in business administration alternatively natural sciences or engineering sciences with corresponding additional qualification in marketing
• Minimum 3 years of product management experience in the medical device industry
• Strong understanding of the clinical workflows and customer needs within critical care settings
• Strong project management skills with the ability to represent the marketing goals in cross-functional teams
• Very good written and spoken English skills
