CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER (HAMBURG) in Hamburg bei Transimeksa

Following goals for this position:

• Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service
• Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely entry of orders, organize and supervise cargo delivery (routes: EU-EU and EU-RUS)
• Perform activities with the customs procedures and documentations
• Administrate shipping documents and billings
• Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve a daily operational problems and ensure on-time delivery

For your successful career you need:

• Relevant work experience in this position (big advantage - European and/or Russian market and expertise in customs formalities)
• Strong communication, time management and analytical skills
• Languages: fluent German and/or English and preferably fluent Russian
• Good MS Office skills

Gross salary:

3000-3500 eur/month. Specific salary are offered based on work experience, competence and compliance with other job requirements.
