Following goals for this position:
- Maintain business relations with existing company customers and ensure smooth customer service
- Be a primary contact for the customer handle inquiries, ensure accurate and timely entry of orders, organize and supervise cargo delivery (routes: EU-EU and EU-RUS)
- Perform activities with the customs procedures and documentations
- Administrate shipping documents and billings
- Work in cooperation with colleagues to solve a daily operational problems and ensure on-time delivery
For your successful career you need:
- Relevant work experience in this position (big advantage - European and/or Russian market and expertise in customs formalities)
- Strong communication, time management and analytical skills
- Languages: fluent German and/or English and preferably fluent Russian
- Good MS Office skills

Gross salary:
3000-3500 eur/month. Specific salary are offered based on work experience, competence and compliance with other job requirements.
