have well-founded knowledge of object-oriented software programming
have very good knowledge in C/C++
have very good knowledge of software architecture principles
have knowledge of real-time software development
are confident with well-established software development tools for version control, build management, continuous deployment and documentation
are experienced in the development of safety related systems preferable
have a structured and methodical approach
have good German and English language skills
have good communication and team capability
