We invite you to join a cross-functional, multinational team of PMT experts enable all CARIAD development areas to use aligned engineering processes, methods and tools and thus enable the development of the software-enabled car. As PMT Product Owner you will imagine, prioritize and drive features that help our customers better manage and enable product development for their domains.
- Represent the team in the Agile Release Train (ART) within CARIAD and across brands
- Communicate across teams with stakeholders, PMs/POs, software developers and EDLs to improve your product and deliver maximum customer value
- Collect customer requirements and decompose them to work-packages for your development team
- As the owner of your product backlog you identify, steer and prioritize tasks across your team to build up a solid product for the whole CARIAD in relation to customer needs, budget and project milestones
- Develop and decide on dedicated concepts and architecture around your products
- At least 5 years of experience in technical project / product management in regards to tool development in a corporate environment
- You like to work your way into complex technical topics and reduce the complexity for others
- You communicate confidently, convincingly and in a recipient-oriented manner at all organizational levels
- You are a team-leader and -player, bringing in strong analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
- Working knowledge of lean and agile methods and solution-oriented techniques including process documentation and design (SAFe)
- Proven knowledge in customer-oriented tool development in the corporate environment
- Fluent English language skills (oral and written), German language skills are a plus
