The Mental Health marketing team is integrated by an international and high-performing group of professionals with a joined vision to redefine mental healthcare and drive significant treatment advancements to improve patients’ lives.
We are looking for a highly motivated, agile and intrapreneurial Senior Brand Manager.
In this exciting and highly strategic role you will champion and lead forward the local brand strategy across indications and stakeholders. This includes the development of Boehringer Ingelheim's Mental Health portfolio identity and footprint in the German market, co-create the benefit of precision psychiatry as a new disruptive approach in mental health and maximizing our assets towards launch through bold executional excellence.
- Master the art of strategic marketing: As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll lead local marketing activities from market preparation to launch execution, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout of our products and services. Your expertise will be vital in driving Boehringer Ingelheim Germany's commercial strategy for specific assets and indications.
- Take charge as a Commercial lead: In this high-visibility role, you'll act as the designated Commercial lead for specific assets and indications, working closely with senior leadership to make key decisions that will shape the future of our business.
- Collaborate and lead in local Asset teams: As a valued member of our newly designed local Asset teams, you'll take the lead in guiding cross-functional deliverable teams, fostering collaboration and synergy to achieve our common ambitious goals.
- Influence global brand strategy: As a focus market representative, you'll actively contribute to the global brand plan for our Mental Health Assets, participating in global strategies, projects, and cross-functional deliverables to ensure our success on a worldwide scale.
- Drive patient-centric asset development: With a strong focus on patient centricity, you'll champion market, customer, and competitor insights, driving asset development in Germany by understanding and preparing for the needs of the market and various stakeholders.
- Innovate and excel in marketing campaigns: As a Senior Brand Manager, you'll develop and deliver omnichannel pre-launch and launch campaigns tailored to the needs of various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and patients. You'll also create marketing programs in compliance with BI policies and global regulations, support the Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) team, and develop strategies to increase value-added programs and services for HCPs, patients, and their caregivers an embrace project leadership, innovation, and disruptive thinking to achieve our portfolio ambition.
- We're looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and additional postgraduate qualifications, such as a Master's, PhD, or MBA, which would be highly desirable.
- Our ideal candidate has significant experience in strategic marketing and sales roles within the pharmaceutical industry, including innovative digital engagement formats, and a strong background in marketing Mental Health products.
- We value candidates with a proven track record in successfully launching products, as well as experience in brand planning processes and the ability to translate strategy into actionable operational plans.
- We seek an out-of-the-box thinker who can positively lead and influence others by managing large cross-functional project teams, demonstrating strong analytical skills and data-driven recommendations.
- Our ideal candidate has the ability to effectively interface with senior management at both local and global levels, and is willing to travel internationally, including overnight trips.
- Fluency in both German and English, in both written and spoken communication, is essential for this role.
