Senior Lead Learning & Development (f/m/d)
Verantwortlichkeiten & Qualifikationen:
What awaits you:
- You design and execute a comprehensive leadership development approach for all levels of leadership including shop floor managers upskilling and reskilling needs, aligned with the organization's overall goals and objectives and global offers.
- You design and deliver learning programs, ensuring their effectiveness and alignment with the identified learning objectives by evaluating the impact and use the findings for improvement.
- You select and manage external providers and trainers.
- You conduct regular assessments to identify skill gaps and learning needs and you use findings to develop tailor-made learning interventions.
- You analyze and propose learning opportunities related to Organizational Development for functions in scope.
- You enable and coach sites, the HR community and subject matter experts on L&D topics.
- You collaborate with local HR colleagues, other COE members, subject matter experts, global L&D team and key stakeholders ensuring that learning initiatives are aligned with business requirements and global standards.
- You stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements and explore their potential for enhancing the learning experience and impact.
- You manage multi-site projects and lead others indirectly to accomplish European L&D targets
How you convince us:
- You hold a university degree in a related field (e.g., HR, Education, Economics, Pedagogy, Psychology)
- You have at least 8 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on curriculum design and program delivery and a minimum of 3 years of experience in Leadership development
- Ideally you already gained experience in manufacturing and you understand the operations work environment
- You have working experience in a Center of Excellence (regional or global) as well as experience in Organizational Development
- Ability and willingness to work in a virtual team
- Able to build relationships and discuss with people at different levels of the organization, demonstrating active listening skills and a collaborative working style
- Professional moderation and communication and ability to motivate and influence others
- Proven experience in leading complex projects, engage and coach project members and keep all stakeholders involved
- Experience in managing external vendors, learning programs and initiatives within a regional setting.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear and engaging learning materials.
- You are a team player but also able to work independently
- You have a very good knowledge in the use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Teams
- You are fluent in English and German; French and/or Italian language skills would be a plus
