We are looking for AI Strategists who want to actively shape the role of appliedAI as a leading partner in supporting our partner companies to transform the business with AI. You will be a close sparring partner to our partners (mainly large or medium sized organizations) to start and/or scale their ambitions in AI. This includes guiding them in defining and setting up their AI strategies and creating an organizational setup to bring it into action. In addition to the work with individual partners, you contribute to developing, tech-enabling and managing a set of unique assets in the Strategy & Transformation space to help our ecosystem advancing in the age of AI.
Successful candidates will:
- Act as a sparring partner for AI strategy and innovation to our partners and customers and develop and drive the development and implementation of AI strategies in the respective context, depending on your focus area within appliedAI
- Advise our partners on AI strategy development and setting-up the right organization to bring AI to scale in the organization and support in implementation
- Conduct customer-facing Workshops about AI (e.g. AI Journey workshop) with top management and boards
- Continuously develop top-notch content with and for our partners
- Stay up to date and in touch with relevant strategic AI questions and AI state-of-the-art research to understand opportunities and requirements
- Deep understanding of business strategy combined with a passion for (AI) technology - or the other way around
- Outstanding academic record - tech or business related subject preferred but not required
- Understanding or interest in the underlying technology (Machine Learning, Date Engineering, MLOps)
- Understanding or interest in market-dynamics and strategy or technology consulting - previous experience in these areas e.g. through an internship preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills
- Team player with a willingness to learn new things
- Fluent English and conversational German
