Start Date:

Immediately (m/f/d, Hamburg/Berlin/Remote)

Your Responsibilities:

· Work closely with the founders to manage and optimize E-Commerce operations.

· Handle supplier relationships and logistics.

· Process B2B and B2C orders.

· Collaborate with various departments to enhance overall operations.

· Implement tools and automation to streamline processes.

· Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via email and chat.

· Maintain and update the customer database.

· Create and maintain help materials and FAQs.

Your Profile:

· Passion for E-Commerce, tools, operations, and automation.

· Strong interest in fashion and fashion design.

· Experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

· Excellent communication skills in English and German.

· Friendly and professional demeanor.

· Strong customer focus and problem-solving skills.

· Familiarity with CRM systems.

· Enthusiastic about working with numbers and managing orders.
