For our Legal team we are looking for you as

Compliance Manager (m/f/x) - (50-100%)
located: Mannheim

Your responsibility:

Manage VAG’s global Compliance Management System
Develop global policies, procedures & training programs as per VAG’s risk profile
Conduct audits and act as the go-to-person for all global subsidiaries for compliance
Manage vetting process and contractual relationship with global Agents and Distributors
Coordinate Data Protection affairs on a global basis for VAG

Your profile:

University degree and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar function
Position requires strong compliance skills and the ability to execute on deliverables using influence and collaboration across multiple functions of the organization
Excellent interpersonal and management skills are essential
You are able to understand things quickly, work carefully and are a team player
You work independently and in a structured manner
Good presentation skills
Fluent English and German language skills,knowledge of other languages are welcome
Excellent user knowledge of MS Office
