For our Legal team we are looking for you as

• Manage VAG’s global Compliance Management System
• Develop global policies, procedures & training programs as per VAG’s risk profile
• Conduct audits and act as the go-to-person for all global subsidiaries for compliance
• Manage vetting process and contractual relationship with global Agents and Distributors
• Coordinate Data Protection affairs on a global basis for VAG

• University degree and at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in a similar function
• Position requires strong compliance skills and the ability to execute on deliverables using influence and collaboration across multiple functions of the organization
• Excellent interpersonal and management skills are essential
• You are able to understand things quickly, work carefully and are a team player
• You work independently and in a structured manner
• Good presentation skills
• Fluent English and German language skills,knowledge of other languages are welcome
• Excellent user knowledge of MS Office
