THIS IS THE JOB

As Junior Recruiter (human) your main tasks will be:

• 
  You will contribute to the growth of everdrop by supporting in the end-to-end recruiting process for different positions.

• You will be responsible for screening and assessing candidates, coordinating and actively participating in interviews, and ultimately extending offers and hiring candidates.

• You will independently take care of the maintenance of our applicant management system (recruitee).

• You will ensure that our job advertisements are always up to date and manage external job portals.

• You will use targeted active sourcing methods to contact interesting talents proactively and personally.

• You will ensure an excellent candidate & employee experience through appreciation and transparent communication.

• You will support in tracking and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess recruitment effectiveness.

• As an integral member of our small team, you will support various upcoming People & Culture initiatives and broaden your expertise.

  You have already gained first practical (also internship) experience in holistic recruiting, ideally in a fast-growing company.

• You feel confident in conducting interviews and interacting with people.

• You are a true organizational talent and react flexibly to changing conditions - even in stressful situations you keep an overview and can set your priorities correctly.

• You enjoy structured, administrative and independent work.

• You have an open and convincing communication style when dealing with people.

• You have a very good command of written and spoken German (C2) and English (C1).
