THE ROLE
We are looking for our next Junior CRM Regional Coordinator to support the MSC Cargo division's efforts to bring standardised processes and CRM tool usage into worldwide local offices. Working closely with the CRM Regional Coordinator for Europe, North America and Oceania, your goal will be to ensure a cultural shift in the way the MSC Sales and Customer Service team operates, that positively impacts service costs, revenue, and customer experience.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Junior CRM Regional Coordinator, you will :
Work close together with the Regional CRM Coordinator for North America, Europe & Oceania and helping to ensure a ‘best-possible local adoption’ of the CRM in Sales and Customer Service.
Create and update reports and presentations
Monitor and steer various internal KPIs
Proactively schedule and conduct online review meetings with agencies
Provide HQ Teams with local specific Customer Service requirements (processes or tool related), acting as main gateway of the needs and feedbacks from the agencies in your Region.
Contribute to the development of training materials
YOUR BACKGROUND
To succeed in the role, you will have:
A university degree in business, communication, engineering, computer science or similar
At least 2 years of qualified experience in roles related to Customer Services
Some first work experience with a leading CRM platform (Salesforce, MS Dynamics, …) would be ‘nice to have’
Experience with the Logistic / Shipping Industry is a plus
Being able to inspire people and bring them along, having fun teaching colleagues new programs and processes and showing the benefits
Structured, independent, and accurate way of working as well as strong personal initiative
Above-the-average ability to listen, engage and provide guidance
Excellent communication skills coupled with an understanding of stakeholders across multiple functions
Very good English skills, other languages are a plus
Travel activity (if necessary)
