As part of the ONEGLOBE initiative, we are looking for a Working Student Service and Contact Management (m/f/d) for our Global Transaction Center (GTC) at KWS Berlin GmbH in Berlin in the area of Communication & Design.
The Working Student will collaborate with the Lead and the Team of Service and Contact Management and will be responsible for administrative tasks related to communication design and multimedia content. If you are interested in working independently on service-oriented topics, highly motivated, a team player and flexible, we look forward to meeting you soon.
This position is temporary and part-time.
Your Tasks
- As part of our team, you will be involved in designing and crafting interactive multimedia content assets that captivate and engage users, both digitally and through analog mediums.
- Design and create visual content while adhering to brand guidelines and catering to the preferences of our target audience preferences
- Optimize design elements to ensure a seamless experience across various devices and platforms.
- Actively participate in the design ideas and how to continuously improve this area.
- Assist in the communicating of new and existing services, create presentations, write and maintain news articles, revise and assist in the creation of newsletters prior to publication.
Your Profile
- You are a student in a relevant field such as Graphic Design, Interactive Media Design, or Digital Media (or other career related to Design).
- You know the design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout composition, as you unleash your creativity and bring innovative concepts to life.
- You have experience in using visual aids to simplify complex ideas and enhance content engagement, it's definitely a plus and will make you stand out as a top candidate.
- You are enthusiastic about quickly familiarizing yourself with new tasks and learning new topics. You are proactive and take responsibility for a quickly and thoroughly learning your new role.
- You enjoy communicating and discussing with many different colleagues to find the best solutions. You always communicate openly, honestly and respectfully.
- You are not afraid of conflicts and deal with problems openly, seeing them as an opportunity to make problems transparent and find better solutions.
- You are fluent in English. Any other language skills are an advantage.
