As a Lenovo Premier Support Specialist, your tasks will include:
Customer support:
Professionally handle customer inquiries via telephone, e-ticket, chat and email
Provide solution-oriented support for products and services
Technical support :
Analyze and troubleshoot technical customer inquiries regarding Lenovo hardware such as laptops and PCs
Ensure smooth use of Microsoft products like Windows 10 & 11 as well as MS Office applications
Resolve issues with peripheral devices such as monitors, docking stations and printers
Communication:
Effectively and empathetically communicate with customers
Share information and solutions within the team
Your profile:
You are a member of Generation Z or feel like and live the digital world
Solution-oriented with a passion for customer service
Excellent communication skills in Turkish and business fluent German and English
Good knowledge of using Microsoft products, especially Windows 10 & 11 as well as MS Office applications
Experience in working with general peripherals

You will report to SSG (Solutions & Services Group) organization structure.
SSG has been focusing on the expanding IT service market, especially the digital workplace services opportunity, the growing demand for aaS (as a Service) model, and customers’ stronger preference for sustainability services.
