Your responsibilities

Support strategy creation, business proposals , to deliver a ‘best fit’ integrated supply chain for one of the business units
Interpretation of data - business and functional inputs and drivers
Analysis of external influences such as geopolitical & regulation changes, acquisitions etc
Effectively use strategic project analytics
Create scenarios and business cases supporting network changes, including optimizing, downsizing integration of acquisitions etc
Define all relevant operational KPI incl. measurement points, and calculations in alignment with all corresponding units
Calculate and align targets for each KPI in close collaborations with the sites and targets set by business
Validate data source and measuring points, and calculations with all locations
Define and maintain relevant business reports for performance reviews and benchmarking

Your qualification

University degree in (Industrial) Engineering, Business Administration or similar
5 years experience in an analytics and analysis management role
Global or regional management expertise would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years experience in advanced analytics & analysis, performance & financial management of manufacturing operations
Knowledge about levers available to MedTech operations to improve efficiency, cost, time, quality, portfolio rationalization etc
Excellent knowledge about advanced analytics and reporting tools like e.g. Microsoft PowerBI, R, Python
Project and program management experience
Excellent written and oral communication, fluent in English (spoken and written)
