  At the chair of energy economics and the assistant pro-
 fessorship of energy market design, we are investigating 
 a broad range of energy markets, carriers, and infrastruc-
 tures, their decarbonization, digitalization, and decentral-
 ization, related questions of sector coupling, regulation, 
 and market design, as well as the role of energy in the 
 macroeconomy.

  » A Bachelor‘s degree in economics, business adminis-
 tration, mathematics, computer science or (industrial) 
 engineering
  » Interest in and ideally prior knowledge of energy 
 economics
  » Good analytical skills and an independent, reliable, 
 thorough, and structured way of working 
 » Interest in or knowledge of one of the programming 
 languages Python, VBA, or GAMS and solid knowledge 
 of MS Excel are an advantage
