Are you the service employee banquet (f/m/d) with a passion for creative hotspots, innovation and lively atmospheres for the upcoming nhow Frankfurt?

What will you experience during a working day?

• Professional service as well as attentive guest care in the banquet area
• Design and preparation of the event rooms
• Responsible for the implementation of NH service and quality standards in the banquet area
• Supervising coffee breaks and ensuring the cleanliness and functionality of all equipment and materials
• Induction and supervision of new staff and trainees
• Close cooperation with the F&B teams
• Participation in function meetings

What are your requirements?

• You know what you want and are keen to get something big new off the ground with us
• Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
• First professional experience in the banqueting sector in the international hotel industry
• Very good knowledge of German and English, further language skills would be an advantage
• Very good MS Office skills
• Initial SAP experience desirable
• Independent and result-oriented way of working
• Strong guest and service orientation
• Communication and enthusiasm skills
• Willingness and commitment
