Your Tasks
- As of 01.03.2024, we are looking for a dedicated working student to support us in the organizational and content-related preparation and implementation of a multi-day, global HR event in Munich.
- Support in the organization and planning of the event, including room reservations, catering, bookings and coordination of external service providers
- Planning, booking and coordination of team activities and parties
- Creation of event concepts and documentation
- Assisting with event communication and marketing, including creating presentations and writing texts
- Support with participant registration and coordination
- Assisting with the support of guests and speakers during the event
Carrying out event follow-up work
Your Qualifications
- Student of business administration/communication/event management/tourism management or a similar field of study
- Ideally initial experience or previous internship in the field of event management/event organization or similar activities
- Very good written and spoken English skills are a prerequisite, German skills are a plus
- Experienced with the common MS Office applications
- Independent and very careful way of working as well as strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
Additional Information
This position is limited to 6 months. You will gain exciting and varied insights into the organization of an international HR event as well as the opportunity to gain practical experience in event management, work creatively and contribute your ideas.
