You advise our FRENCH speaking customers via phone and email
You increase customer satisfaction by solving requests promptly and competently

You have exactly what we need:

Fluency in French and English
Commercial and technical affinity regarding the internet and phone calls
PC literacy
Previous customer service experience preferable
Willing to work flexible hours as the job demands ability to work on owns initiative and under pressure to meet deadlines
You enjoy learning and adopt knowledge easily
You are empathetic and socially competent
For your work at home you need a broadband connection (DSL, VDSL or cable connection) and an Internet connection with the speed of 16 Mbits/s downstream and 1 Mbit/s upstream and a quiet room
