You can live in Germany and work from home most of the time, but you will need to attend relevant company meetings and events as well as team meetings that your manager will arrange with you. What you can expect:

You conceptualize, design and develop CRM campaigns for customer loyalty and coordinate the creative content design of the associated advertising material in text and images
As part of our CRM team, you will be responsible for the operational implementation of these dialog marketing campaigns with a focus on mobile push notifications, in-app notifications and e-mail
You set up campaigns in the respective marketing tools, take over quality control and check their performance using reports
Working closely with other teams, you will develop innovative monetization concepts that make a significant contribution to increasing customer lifetime value

Your profile:

You love to design campaigns conceptually, implement them operationally and develop them further. In doing so, you are creative, have a very good feel for target groups and know how to use both for appealing dialog measures in content design
You have a good analytical understanding of figures as well as a precise and structured approach
As a team player, you have high standards for the quality of your work and don't lose your head or sense of humor even in hectic times
You have a degree in economics or a related field and have already gained some experience in CRM/ dialog marketing and/or performance marketing
We assume a very good command of German and English for this position
