• analysis in vitro as well as in mouse models and with biosamples from a clinical cohort of young children with severe RSV infection
• FACs analyses
• ELISA
• immunization and dissection of mice
• lung function measurement in mice
• analysis and statistical evaluation of data, transcript studies of isolated subpopulations in mice

• immunologists with special interest in T, B, DC and epithelial cell immunology
• experience in immunology and ideally virology
• interest in analyzing scientific questions with high relevance for patients with severe infections
• expertise in mouse models is desirable
