What you will do

You will be an important part of the Marketing & Communications team as you will support and own projects in different areas of our marketing mix. You will report to the Growth Marketing Lead.

Your key responsibilities

You will be part of launching Marketing activities across various channels, e.g. event marketing, performance marketing, CRM or content marketing
Events: You will independently plan and organize networking events which we host on a regular basis and prepare the sponsorships of several large industry events
Paid Marketing: You will support campaign creation, monitoring and evaluation on several performance and paid marketing channels
CRM: You will support the creation of CRM and email campaigns along the marketing funnel
Research: You will research recent developments in our market, as well as marketing trends, and suggest actions based on your research
Analysis: You will analyze the performance data of our marketing efforts and suggest next steps
Feedback: You will provide and collect feedback to/from all stakeholders throughout the campaign processes

Who we are looking for ‍️

You have 1-2 years of experience in the field of Marketing
You have a great interest in the startup and fintech industry
You are a strong communicator and writer (in English is a must, in German is a plus) with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders well
You are highly proactive, motivated, possess a proven can-do attitude and are eager to learn
You are highly (self-)organized and want to move fast, while maintaining attention to detail
A background in the startup, B2B and/or financial services world is a plus
