Project Delivery Manger in Frankfurt (Oder) bei Macdonald & Company

Job Summary

Macdonald and Company have been exclusively retained with our client; a global data centre developer and operator, with a portfolio that spans across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia.

This role will be based in Frankfurt and requires a German speaking Project Manager that has extensive experience in Data Centres and/or Mission Critical projects. The main aspect of the role is to maintain and lead the delivery team presence in country delivering professional project management services in the delivery of capital works programmes and projects for the business in Frankfurt. You must be able to demonstrate and maintain high standards of cost, quality and programme control throughout the planning, design, construction and handover phases of capital projects.

You will be required to have regular liaison with M & E consultants and power authorities to ensure correct design and implementation of electricity supply. The role will have a strong focus on contractor management and performance, establishing and managing relationships with key stakeholders and ensuring the efficient and seamless delivery of facilities management services to the facilities

This new 24mw site is eady to break ground and you have on the ground support from consultants and engineers which report into this role.
