We are looking for a new Customer Solutions Manager for the Customer Solutions Team. As a Customer Solution Manager, you will be the ultimate solutions expert and be responsible for delivering high quality insights to our customers, solving complex use cases and answering strategic questions.

The customer solutions team is part of our Value Strategy function at Xeneta. This function works with prospects and customers to communicate the value of the Xeneta platform so that customers can make critical decisions.

What you will work on

Deliver high quality value-based reports focused on the benefits received with Xeneta and position in the market. The go-to person when complex questions and cases cannot be answered by anyone else.
Thoroughly understand all aspects of the Xeneta platform to explain the value of our technology to all types of users and roles.
Act as a trusted advisor to commercial teams and customers to ensure we understand their key business objectives and they get the correct value out of Xeneta.
Work with Customer Success to retain and grow business by addressing any customer product and/or data/reporting challenges.
Participate in customer market, RFQ and reporting discussions alongside Customer Success whether as part of executive business reviews or to tailor C-level communication.
Work with internal stakeholders to enable commercial teams on industry knowledge, critical asset use and customer/field feedback loops.

Role requirements

5+ years of shipper/BCO ocean/air freight procurement or other relevant consulting experience.
Deep knowledge and relevant experience relating to shipping, freight forwarding industry across ocean and air procurement. Understands all the dynamics of the market from supply and demand side and the intricacies of the shipper, freight forwarder and carrier relationships.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize meaningful information from ambiguous data, ability to dive deep into excel and database queries.
Strong project management skills and process-oriented mindset to drive operational excellence and scalability of applied solutions.
Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on various projects and customers.
Strong presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, direct message, email, etc.
Ability to create reports and dashboards in PowerBI will be an advantage in this role.
Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and lead team members while acting as strong individual contributor to foster collaboration among internal teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that focused on changing customers dynamics, industry volatility and unexpected events.
