You will be working on a project focused on the development and implementation of algorithms and tools for the evaluation of the quality, performance, and state of health of batteries for electric vehicles (EVs).
You will be part of a diverse and multinational team of application experts, product planners and engineers, focused on innovating EV test solutions.
- Develop algorithms for the state (SoH, RUL,…) evaluation of batteries.
- Test the algorithms in simulation and implement them in software.
- Design and construct prototype solution based on standard products.
- Create plans for the experimental evaluation and execute the measurements on high voltage batteries.
- Processing of battery measurements and data analysis.
- Collaborate with R&D, project lead, and external project partners.
- Write documentation and technical reports.
- MSc. Degree in electrotechnics or vehicle engineering
- Minimum 3 years in experience in battery design and test
- Experience in battery modeling and simulation
- Expertise in working with high-voltage energy storage systems
- Fluent in German language
- Good English language skills
- Supervision of internships and student thesis works.
- Experience in working on minimum 2 funded research projects.
