Team info:

You will be part of our People team. Together with your team members you'll be the first point of contact for our colleagues and the expert for all HR related topics as well as for our agile and cultural development process.

Your new job:

• You’ll support with general People related tasks and projects within the whole employee life cycle.
• You'll implement, set-up and further develop HR strategies and execute various HR projects.
• You'll advise on labor law issues.
• You’ll support all colleagues and their teams in their daily work and guide them in our agile and cultural development transition.
• You’ll help us create clear structures and build an inspiring company culture.
• You’ll advocate our company internally and externally.

Your background:

• You already have multiple years of experience in typical Human Resource (HR) related tasks.
• You have actively contributed to develop New Work culture.
• You can effectively communicate in English and German verbally and in writing across all levels.
• You are a team player and you love to share your knowledge and learn from others.
• You have a strategic and agile mindset and ideally worked in a modern agile environment.
