Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Native German Transcriber/Annotator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for transcribing and annotating audio and text data in German, ensuring accuracy and quality in all deliverables. This role requires a deep understanding of the German language, including grammar, syntax, and cultural nuances.

Responsibilities:

• Transcribe audio recordings in German with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Annotate and label text data according to specific guidelines and project requirements.
• Review and proofread transcriptions to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for improving transcription and annotation processes.

Requirements:

• Native proficiency in German (both written and spoken).
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of German grammar, syntax, and spelling.
• Previous experience in transcription or annotation is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Familiarity with transcription tools and software is a plus.
