Associate Business Administration (m/f/d)

• Maintaining cooperation with suppliers and service providers
• Communication with the domestic accounting office and the law office, clients, banks, tax and social services, partners, related parties
• Communication with headquarters HR, accounting and other departments
• Preparation of documentation for bookkeeping, preparation of invoices and keeping records of their timely payment
• HR activities: applicants’ CV screening, supporting recruitment process, keeping and maintaining personnel records and employment contracts, keeping records and coordinating employees’ annual vacations and days off, preparation of salary calculations
• Organizing meetings, presentations, education within the Team in Serbia
• Organizing introductory programs for new employees
• Providing primary and initial support for all employee inquiries
• Office equipment and office supplies procurement and maintenance
• In charge of communication among team members for any ad hoc administrative task

• University degree (Economy, Business administration / HR) preferred
• Proven work experience in accounting / business administration / HR business preferred
• Fluency in English language (written and spoken)
• Knowledge of German language will be taken as advantage
• PC literacy and valid driving license (B category)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Motivated and proactive / detail oriented and accurate
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Open minded, flexible and team-oriented person
