Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Fishing and Rental yard by coordinating equipment and personnel to enhance efficiency and productivity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise Location Supervisors and Dispatchers to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with the sales force to understand customer requirements and time frames.
- Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
- Recommend or initiate promotions, transfers, and disciplinary actions as necessary.
- Familiarize yourself with Weatherford's Quality Policy and adhere to all requirements outlined in the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures, and Workplace Instructions.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding and compliance with all safety rules and company policies of Weatherford.

Job Definition:
The Operations Supervisor holds the responsibility for the overall performance of operations. They plan, oversee, and coordinate the work of a team, including the preparation, installation, or operation of equipment. Their role includes assigning and delegating tasks to individuals, managing schedules, allocating assets/resources, administering policies and procedures across staff areas, and coordinating with multiple parties to organize activities and people. Additionally, the Operations Supervisor compiles reports detailing the progress of work and the utilization of machines and equipment.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3-4+ years of operational experience
- 0-1 years of coordinator experience.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Reports to: Operations Managers
