Your tasks:

• Coordinate the development activities of an international team
• Organize and facilitate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups
• Provide technical support to team members and help the development team achieve team objectives
• Analyze customer requirements in collaboration with the development team
• Develop and design software in the environment of MES / Industrie 4.0 solutions

• Successfully completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics or a comparable field of study
• Your good knowledge of high-level language programming (e.g. Java / C#)
• Creativity and your inventiveness in developing new solutions
• Experience with agile methods (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
• High social competence, communication skills and persuasiveness
• High demand on the quality of the work and the resulting solutions
