The CELA Customer and Partner Solutions (CPS) team has an immediate opening for an experienced, energetic, and motivated Business Administrator to support the German General Manager, Corporate, External and Legal Affairs (CELA) leading the European team consisting of five areas and five functional teams. The role is based in Berlin.

We are looking for an individual with excellent administrative and program management capabilities, who can function and communicate confidently with the General Manager and his team, providing a broad range of support for the team in connection with the goals of the CPS organization. To succeed you will need to quickly understand our complex business, set your own pace, be creative, and identify and drive needed changes.
Key priorities include but are not limited to:
- Proactively manage and prioritize the complex calendar of a busy executive and support the team in basic administrative duties;
- Domestic and international travel logistics management, trip preparation and expense reporting;
- Collaborate with the European business support community on planning and support of all-up events including summits, offsites, all-hands, morale events and other events as needed;
- Budget management support including purchase order management and processing invoices;
- Support in program management related to initiatives and activities driven by the CELA Germany team, including in our Berlin center;
- Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedures;
- Exercise sound judgment, tact, integrity, and professionalism in all transactions.
- 5+ years of demonstrated work experience supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Sharp eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage highly sensitive business and/or personal matters with tact and the utmost confidentiality.
- Be proactive and a strong team player.
- Strong planning, organizational, time management, program management and problem-solving skills and the ability to carry out the plans including organizing, and managing tasks and resources to accomplish a defined objective.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism and to adhere to and advise on the Microsoft policies about procuring third party services and partner engagement;
- Effective written and verbal communications skills;
- Ability to react with appropriate urgency to situations and requests;
- Strong cross-team collaboration and organizational skills;
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do attitude and create a positive customer experience;
- Ability to build effective cross-group working relationships and work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization; and
- Be flexible, have a strong eye for detail, meet deadlines and be comfortable working independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft productivity software including Outlook, all Office suite programs, SharePoint, One Note, Teams, etc. Proficiency with Employee Central, HeadTrax, iCIMs, and the HRInsights Catalogue.
- Excellent skills in all aspects of planning, collaboration, analytical capabilities, and high level of attention to detail and proactive awareness.
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, navigate uncertain situations, and drive for clarity.
